Online support for children, adolescents and families living with HIV throughout Indonesia

Rainbow Children's Lantern (LAP) launched an Online Mentoring program.
This program is a health and psychosocial support program for children, adolescents and families living with HIV which is carried out online.
The LAP Online Mentoring Program aims to:
Building a mentoring support service that has a wider reach
To be a forum for sharing experiences and knowledge from the LAP team and extended family to other networks and families who need it.
Building positive and family-like support groups for children, youth and families

Home visits and nutritional support

Health and nutrition assessment (home care and ART monitoring support)

Youth Support Group

Since 2022, we introduced youth support group programs

This activity aims to be a forum for teenagers (14 years and over) to connect, grow and support each other

Youth Support Groups are conducted once a month (in person or virtual)




Advocacy

Public education about HIV children through training, social media campaigns, and mass media

Educating and training for school communities: teachers, students and school committees

Building networks and partnerships with HIV organizations and institutions and child care organizations and institutions

Advocating for the availability of child formula ARVs for all HIV children in Indonesia
